Review: Good for home stationary bike - Got these to pair with Gavin cycling shoes for use with my flywheel home bike. Works great. Instructional video makes it pretty clear what to do with them, but you could also probably figure it out with a little common sense. One word of caution... make sure they are fully tightened to the shoe before you clip in... I wanted to test out the placement of the cleat for my foot positioning before I went ahead and fully tightened, so I clipped into the bike... and promptly got stuck. Took a while to clip out b/c the loose cleat just wanted to slide back and forth. So don't be an idiot like me -- tighten before you test! They are easy enough to screw/unscrew with a basic screwdriver.

Got these to pair with Gavin cycling shoes for use with my flywheel home bike. Works great.
