I tried to adjust the mouthpiece and straw but still was not able to fix the issue.I have changed my review from a four star to a two.I am disappointed that this product did not work out. My husband hydroflask version is still working.**Original review**Both my husband and I have the hydro flask. He had purchased his first and when he did, he got the optional flip top with straw. I have been living without one of those and just had a twist off cap on my hydro flask. Although it was enough, I was getting tired of twisting off the cap and tipping my hydro flask to get a drink of water, especially if it was full. There was a number of times when I miscalculated and some of the water ended up dripping down my chin. I decided to get a flip top and would take my chances on a non-hydro flask version. The following are my thoughts with the product.**Pros:1. Construction - When comparing my flip top with my husband, I do not notice any difference in quality between the two. The only noticeable difference is that his says hydroflask and mine does not. They both feel the same and function the same way.2. Design - The straw of my flip top appears to be slightly longer compared to his. I have a tall hydroflask container so the longer the better, that way I don't have to worry about trying to tip the flask in order to drink all my water.**Cons:1. The top does sweat compared to the hydro flask version. You do also have to make sure that the cap is secure or the water will leak out. As far as the design, the only thing that you would be missing is that the top of the cap says hydro flask, which in the end.... Does not matter.In the pics, the flip top on the right is the hydroflask compared to the product that I picked up which is on the left.In the end, I would definitely purchase again. My car seat is sad as well as well as my daughters butt because I set it down on the car seat and it leaked all over the seat and my daughter sat in the soggy cushion. She wasn't too happy to walk into school with wetness that part of her pants. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Back to the lid. The problem is that it leaks on the "seal" between bottle and lid. Which sucks because it's 1/2 the price of the Hydroflask top. I have six 64 oz ... *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2016* LEAKS AND DROPS BOTTLES. I have six 64 oz bottles. I used the Hydro Flask lids that are the same. I bought these to replace the rubber tips that eventually wear out from use. I am on the tennis court when I pick up the bottle from the lid (as they are designed) when the bottle just drops silly the drink everywhere. I look at the lid and it appears that it will not thread properly. I contacted the seller. The seller initially said they would send me a replacement lid and asked if the second one worked. I explained I was out of town, but would try it and get back with them.Unfortunately, this lid leaked. I was in yoga when the bottle tipped over and the blue drink ran all over the floor. I contacted the seller and described the problem. Again, the lid's thread does not match the bottle's. I ordered the Hydro Flask lids as replacements as I do not want to beta test this product. Today, I leaned the seller cancelled and refused the return.So this seller is selling a defective product that does not work for the purpose in which it is intended and advertised. When contacted, the seller attempts to placate the situation and eventually will not stand behind its product after the Seller asked me to test out the second product it sent.Not worth the time and effort.
