I have done an accidental 20-minute immersion steep with this coffee and the result was surprisingly enjoyable. Bitter, yes, but very rich and textured and pretty fun. I drank the whole cup! Something IMPORTANT to note. This is by far the best coffee I have tried for Iced-Coffee in the summer, hands down. I do not know what it is, but other coffees, even those expensive and niche ones, just don't take a cold brew quite like this one. Tasted strong when using with finer grinds and with this ratio 12g of coffee beans to 6 oz of water but knocking off one star as it's a little pricey. Note: i had to grind the coffee beans much finer than what I'd typically find in pre-ground coffee to get a stronger taste. Tried the following methods: A) 10g of coffee grounds to 6oz of water using pour over (4 min) vs French press (5 min) >> tasted weak (3 stars) B) 12g of coffee grounds to 6oz of water >> tasted better, but the after taste felt flat.
