**Q: I need to turn off the downstream pump if the valve is turned off.  Is there an external cam or some way to detect he valve is off and mount a switch**
A: You can use a 50" or 100" cat5 cable that plugs into the face of the actuator that controls the incoming water and put a switch at the end of the cable i  a convenient location. Both of these components are WaterCop components available on Amazon.com. I think only the 50' cable is shown. You can use any cat5 cable available and just purchase the WaterCop wall switch from Amazon.com. Let me know if you need any more information. Bob Runyan 760-564-8840

**Q: if you lost the supply voltage is battery back up on the system?**
A: The valve does not include a battery backup, you would need to use some sort of UPS as a backup.

**Q: Does anyone know why the "package deal" including classic motorized 1" valve plus 3 sensors is $18 more than buying the 4 components as standalone?**
A: It happens that right now the single sensors are a special price. They probably won't be that price for long

**Q: Does this system detect water flow from a faucet? If it does detect water flow, can it shut off the valve? For example if i forget to turn water?**
A: The system detect water flow from any place you have installed a sensor. At the point it  detects the water it notifies the Actuator which shuts off the water to your whole house.  Once the system is installed, most homeowners leave it on continuously so there is no reason to ever forget it.
