If you choose to use an NTP server for updating the device's clock, you have to specify an IP address - you cannot use an address such as pool.ntp.org. This may be fine if you have an NTP server on your local network (although even then it is not ideal as it is not very flexible), but if you are wanting to use a public NTP server it is no good. Furthermore the DST function is not integrated with the time-setting function, which means that you can set it to be on if you fall back to setting the time by synchronising with the attached computer's clock. This time will be correct, so adding an hour for DST while the DST is effective means that you end up with the time being an hour ahead. It should only take effect when you are using an NTP server so this function should be subordinate to the time-setting function. Alternatively if you set the time manually you should make sure that you use the non-DST time for this.
