At first, all worked fine - but then I noticed my entire network going down from time to time. After much work, I found that the problem was always one of these adapters. They enter some "unknown state" which then SPAMs the network and takes the entire broadcast domain down. I have confirmed the problem is these adapters, and have removed all of them from my network. I now use them on individual firewalled networks, so that when they enter "this unknown state" they only take down a small domain.
