It's not strong enough to charge your phone 6-7 like others but, from my experience, it will give your phone 1 to 1 1/2 charge before needed recharged. So just enough juice to last until you can get to a charger. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great charger to take on the lake *by S***Y on April 14, 2016* I kayak a lot and have been looking for something waterproof that I could use while out on the lake. My phone is waterproofed, but won't hold a charge all day. I keep my phone in a waterproof bag, but there are always some splashes when I take it out to take pictures or check messages. This charger is exactly what I have been looking for. I can take it with me out on the lake and not worry if it gets water splashed on it.It has two light indicators that tell when it needs charges (blinking red) and when it is fully charged(solid blue) I love that I can tell if I have a full charge by checking the lights.This charges my phone in about two hours, but I often plug it in and run it off the battery while I am waiting for it to charge.This charger was exactly as described.Update: My daughter is seriously into Pokémon Go and has been complaining about running out of battery. I had purchased this charger for my self and liked it so much I bought one for her.
