Pepper over 2 weeks. It caused such terrible painful HEARTBURN. I used it once, gave a week to recuperate, then tried 1 pill again. Both times used it with food. I was forced to use RX Omerperazole 20 Mg each time to rid the Hearburn/Gerd pain caused by the SAZ Tumeric product. I had not used RX Omeprazole for months, years. Then only intermittently as needed. Sorry but this SAZ Product had Ingredients that irritated my Esophagus & upper Gut badly. I wish I could return it because I truly had not used but 2 capsules. I received a SAZ email requesting a Review. So this is my review. I am not being paid by anyone, nor have I requested reimbursed to give this review. I had used a Grocery Store Tumeric previously. No problems. But many so called Health sites & You Tube suggested Tumeric to be more Bioavailable needed Curcumin and small amount of Pepper. I ordered the Saz Tumeric w.
