A few weeks ago I purchased a Fitbit to track my daily movement. I sit at a desk all day long. I was shocked to see how much time passes between stand breaks. This inspired me to move my computer to a standing table. Problem...concrete floor. I needed a softer solution. This standing mat is perfect! I was sold on the shape and size. It fits perfectly between the legs of my table. I stand mostly in bare feet. The texture of the mat feels great. It is softer than I thought it would be. I pleasant surprise. I'm looking forward to seeing the positive, long term results of standing instead of sitting.

Smaller than I thought, even though I measured! But that just makes it easier to move around. And it's not too small to dance on while playing Pandora. My feet are now happy. Nice design and feel. I don't use the hooks, but I'm sure someone would find that useful.

I got this anti-fatigue mat to use with the standing desk I ordered because it was thicker than the other brands, plus I really liked the shape and size.This thing is AMAZING!! I was able to stand all day long on the very first day!!I highly recommend this mat! I was a little hesitant to get this mat because of it being so expensive, but it really is worth every penny! This mat is thick - it is not even close to the size of those anti fatigue mats for kitchens. After reading some reviews on other mats about heels puncturing, and wheels rolling over and ruining their mat, I’m happy to report on both of those ... I forgot I was wearing heels one morning and jumped off the second I realized it, and am happy to report they did not puncture the mat! Then one night, the cleaning crew moved my mat and parked my chair right on top of it. There were wheel indentions on the mat, but before the day was over, I noticed it had already gone back to its normal shape, and you’d never know!I’ll update my review after I’ve had it longer to share how it has held up to daily use!

I love this mat. It works great and I can stand for about 4 hours before I need to sit for a while. It is well worth the price. I like to take my shoes off and walk in place as I work, very comfy.

I expected this to be a little more dense foam but it works nice as I can put it away easily whenever I lower my stand desk to sit down.

I've had this mat for a week now, it's a perfect size for a standing desk. I personally have some spine complications so standing can be straining. This matt definitely helps with standing fatigue, and also helps with practicing balance being that it's a pretty thick padding.

After reviewing various mats, I opted to go with this one. It does the job. I only converted my desk to a standing desk a few weeks back and didn't realize how "hard" it was standing all day on the floor. This mat provides just enough cushion so my feet aren't aching come the end of the day. I would definitely recommend it.
