I bought for my High School math classroom, since I don't allow students to have cell phones visible/out/used during class, but they naturally want to know how much longer class is (as do I), and the school supplied analog clock is small and can't be seen by all the students. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for visibility is that depending on where you are, there can be glare from the overhead classroom lights that can make it difficult to see. But for a large classroom, I don't think that keeps anyone from being able to see the time from their desks. I rated the timer function as a 4, but when you mount this as a wall clock, that function is not usable. Similar units with a remote control for a usable timer function are double the cost, and for the particular one I tried to purchase before I got this one, was defective out of the box.
