I myself am a African American male, whom is a medical student that primarily spends most of his time in doors. Deficiencies vitamin D has been linked to significant pathology I myself recommend that all my patients get a vitamin D level. The Deficiency and vitamin D has also been shown two to be more depressed. Salsa supplements online it’s fairly significant dose, I did not hesitate to get itPackaging was adequate, And the pills where reasonably sized. There are images below.Summary- As in terms of vitamin D levels, be careful not to consume an excess of vitamin D. Seek medical consul before taking such high doses. Due to the fact was vitamin D deficient, this does was sufficient for my needs. I did notice an increase in energy after taking the supplement for three weeksPros1. Easy swallow.2.
