Thing is, if you actually search for giant stuffies (classified as 3.5 ft. and up in height/length), they go as high as $110 depending on the brand. Take a quality brand such as Melissa & Doug and their giant stuffies cost $80+ unless they are on sale.This stuffie is correctly priced because it has less stuffing. And yes it arrives very under-stuffed. Some folks do not mind a super floppy stuffed animal though. First I washed it on gentle cycle, then I threw it in the dryer on "air only" (no heat). I then added 1 pound of extra stuffing at the cost of another $10, though you can add up to two pounds in my opinion. As you can see from my picture, this allows the head/neck to stand up more. We may add more stuffing depending on how flat it gets from my daughter sitting/lying on top of it!All in all we're very happy with this purchase.
