The product itself appears to be well made and the colors are vibrant! Just what we were looking for to match our primary colors playground theme.However, since we decided to purchase a 10 ft trampoline instead of the 8 ft we had in mind originally, we needed to change our order, but it was already sent.So although we first ordered 8 ft but needed 10ft instead, I just wanted to “exchange”... to do that, it is a $15 fee, deducted from original purchase price. 👀So just be sure to choose the right size!!!

The product itself might be OK, but their return policy is terrible! I got the wrong size (measured the wrong part) and wanted to return and get the right size. They make you pay the shipping on the return. $72! Forget it!

So far so good. It’s held up pretty well so far. Especially with Florida weather going from 100’s to 30’s . I’ve only had it for about a month. But I think it’s beautiful and well made.
