Highly recommend this saw
First & foremost the saw is quite well packaged. Once unboxed, assembly is pretty straight forward. Slap the bar and chain on, add fuel-mix & bar oil, then you're off to the races! I run only 89+ octane NON-ETHANOL fuel & synthetic 2-stroke oil at 30-40:1 mix for all of my equipment for the first 10hrs, then I run 40-50:1 after that. The saw took about 2mins to start & the spring assist start made it a breeze to pull. It has tons of power & a wide power-band. The weight is well-balanced overall & only about 18lbs, so working all day with it isn't exhausting. The vibration is minimal and seems to be less than my 18in Echo CS-4400. After running 2 tanks of fuel through it, I am thoroughly impressed with it's performance. The chain wass razor sharp out of the box and has held up well against oak, maple, & cedar. Be sure to clean your air filter MULTIPLE times a day. It only takes a minute and will help keep it running smooth. I highly recommend this saw. It's an EXCELLENT saw for the price. Written by my husband because I bought it for him when the echo died. He likes this saw a lot

great chainsaw
I did a ton of research before buying this chainsaw, this has the newest features and is well built, I had no problems right out of the box, I spent the day cutting up a felled 30" tree, cold start it was 3 pulls with choke then 1 pull without choke, warm start was one pull without choke, very easy to pull. I had an Oregon 21BPX076 ControlCut chain all ready to go so I can't comment on the one provided. This is a powerful chainsaw (maybe not 58cc, the cylinder is stamped 52), it cut the tree like it was butter. The oil mix is 40 to 1 for break-in than the normal 50 to 1, this makes it easy to buy premixed at home depot. I upgraded the air filter on this and put a side chain adjuster on, next I'm going to mod the muffler. This is a good buy!

Great Saw
Received a day early. Soaked chain in bar oil overnight. Cranked after 4 pulls. Cuts great, can’t beat the price. I was a little skeptical because of the low price. I would purchase again!

Impressive performance after basic prep.
Took a couple recommendations from the Q&A and comments for this 20 inch chainsaw and applied them:1. Bought an Oregon 21BPX076G and skipped the stock chain all together.2. Removed air filter and sprayed a reasonable amount of lithium grease on the choke springs and throttle springs. (NOT the carb intake valve [butterfly]). The choke and throttle were trouble free.I bought pre-mixed 50:1 fuel from Ace Hardware as well as some bar and chain oil. Filled the saw and tightened the chain as indicated in the manual. Cranked in 4 pulls without the need for the choke for the first ignition. Cranked in 1 pull thereafter once warm.I was impressed at how aggressive the cut was. It trimmed the over-full Bradford Pear in the front yard without bogging down. The cuts were quick and clean. Other than having to re-tighten the chain after the first round of cuts, no other adjustments were made. It idled perfectly out of the box.For the price, it's impressive.

I would return this saw if it was possible. Very hard or impossible to start in cold weather.
The choke operation is horrible. Once you get the saw started it does have plenty of power and starts easily when warm. It is a shame the choke is so frustrating. Allen who claimed to be an important person at Wemars in China promised to send me a new choke assembly. I am still waiting without much hope that it will actually happen. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! We had a very unexpected amount of snow last week causing a tree to fall over our shared driveway. Started the saw in the garage with starting fluid and let it warm up. Walked through a foot of snow to get to the tree. Unfortunately the saw would not start. Believe me I was mightily pissed off while walking back home. I ended up asking a neighbor to clear the tree for me.

Great chainsaw for the price, with a few drawbacks
First off, for the price, you can't beat it. However, just don't bother with the chain that comes with it. It is absolute trash and will be worn out after a few minutes. Mine was worn to the point where it was smoking after cutting pine for maybe 20 minutes. It was not worth sharpening. The other problem with it is the choke. It isn't that bad, but you may need to smack it every so often. It's plastic and feels pretty cheap, but it's not that big of a deal. The chain does need tightened quite a bit, but that doesn't seem to be as much of a problem with a new chain. The factory chain came loose nonstop. My replacement chain only needed a little tightening after 2 hours of constant work. Some locknuts would probably fix that. Also, the air cleaner is just a mesh guard. That's another thing I should probably upgrade. All that being said, I have used this for about 100 hours and it actually starts up easier now than it did when I first got it. I do have to fiddle with the carb occasionally to get the idle right, but that's just it breaking in. It has plenty of power, especially when compared to my neighbor's 42cc Poulan. His chainsaw had problems in areas where this one goes right though. It is considerably louder than the Poulan and definitely vibrates the operator a great deal more, but it is larger and doesn't really have anti-vibration features of a Stihl in this size class, but I'm fairly certain that thinking about a Stihl costs more than owning this. One last annoyance is the chain tensioner. It's on the plastic cover that you remove when you replace the chain. If you've used chainsaws, you know why that can be annoying. Not a deal breaker, but annoying, nevertheless.Overall, I'd say buy it unless you're rich. Then just go buy a Stihl or let your landscaping crew handle the yardwork while you nap. If you're broke like the rest of us, this works fine.

Vary impressed and satisfied with this product.
Very simple just get it out of the box put it together and boom! Im very impressed with this saw it rips mean just like the sound of the motor running. I mixed 50-1 fuel and it ran from the forth pull! Clutch is strong the chain stops quickly naturally. The bar surprised me as well normally the chain sticks to the bar first couple throttle pulls because its brand new but right 9ut of the box it works beautifully. Amazing!!
