I am a big man but the strap fits easily. The watch looks quite bulky but robust enough. I haven't tried putting in the sink, so I don't know how water resistant it is. I see that some reviewers have had difficulty setting it up. I had no trouble at all, without using the instructions. The face is easy to read and overall, it's good value for money.
