I use it and I think some of the terpene lactone discussion is really overblown. So much of what we seen posted today is from bloggers and I doubt any of them have any chemistry degrees, and they just like to pontificate...just bunk... I think the product is good. Best effect (clarity of mind...subtle but noticeable after a month or so) obtained at 2 to 3 capsules per day. Some changes indicate improving health and better overall circulation (ED) but it takes time. Been on Gingko for over 5 years.
