Just water or soap** A: a couple drops of soap and a sponge seems to do the trick just fine, it will actually wipe out with a paper towel **Q: Do the different-sized pans stack easily? I have felt pan dividers, so scratching isn't an issue for me. I'm more worried about size.** A: They stack well even without felt pan dividers. It’s my go to pan for breakfast lunch and dinner. 3 years or so and minimal sticking eggs if can keep the heat down(yeah, yeah I’m used to cast iron). A bit of butter in the pan and she still does good.
