Kind of works
I asked before I bought this if it would stick to a block wall in the basement. It does not very easily. Only way I could get it to stick was to peel off the letters by hand, put them on the wall, then hit it with a heat gun. Then they would stick. I got the letters to go but not the barbell. It is a very nice product and probably works great on drywall. But not for cement or block.
