With the very first order, some brainiac in the warehouse decided it would be a good idea to pack these with a 40 lb. bag of cat litter. They showed up this week in the form of mostly shards and powder, with a few chunks here and there. I contacted desertcart, included a photo of the damaged goods, but have not heard back.
