If I have one minor 'gripe' , the sugar is a little bit lumpy - hence the 4 stars. Simple fix though... put it into a microwaveable dish, cover with a damp paper towel (or similar) and put of full power for about 20 seconds. The moisture from the towel gets absorbed into the sugar and softens the lumps. making it easier to to use - you may have to do it a couple of times.
