I don't have a problem swallowing pills and I don't really care how it tastes, so I don't have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily. I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work.
