We had this disposal installed in our new house build and it performed great for 28 years. One of the blades finally broke and we had to replace it. The order from MRO arrived very fast and the customer service was great. We ordered a replacement disposal, but our plumber could not hook it up properly and had to purchase one locally of a different brand. I would recommend this disposal to anyone who likes the value it offers.

The Jury Is Out...
This was the original model in my home when I bought it in 1999. The original unit died 4 years ago and I replaced it with the same model purchased through Amazon. Obviously, it didn't last nearly as long as the first one. We just installed this yesterday. I hope it lasts longer than the second one did. I keep buying this same model because it's small and it's always easier to replace a unit with the same model.

Very easy installation.
Works great fits perfectly fine on the old mount uner the sink old one was the same brand.
