If concerned about being toxic I wouldn't use anything then.. **Q: What’s the easiest way to get it off?** A: At the end of the day when I wash my face, it comes off with my face wash (Neutrogena) or you can also use coconut oil. I very much love the eyeliner. I've used many in years past and this one is the best for ease of use or I use a Q tip to correct any small errors. Its also great at not burning my sensitive eyes. **Q: Does this contain any form of pfas (forever chemicals)?** A: This item does not contain any form of PFAS. **Q: Could this be used to fill in eyebrows?** A: Yes, it could if you wanted a very dramatic look. It's very pigmented and would not give a natural look for brows as it's not a matte liner. But for dramatic brows I can see it working. It's not super shiny but it's not flat matte either. It is a very long wearing formula and it's easy to make thin lines accurately and to taper/feather the ends of the lines perfectly.
