It could do with better labelling, also would be nice to have some piperine in there. **Q: Is it 1200mg of raw material (the root) or 1200mg of the actual extracted substances?** A: It says on the bottle it is root **Q: The doseage states 3 capsules daily. Does this mean 3 at once or at 3 separate times?** A: I take mine all together in the morning. Good value for money works well aided with sleep and relaxation ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, but don't expect overnight results. *by D***H on 11 November 2022* I bought these in the hope of calming anxiety and getting a better night's sleep. After taking 3 capsules a day for 65 days I feel in a position to give an informed opinion on their effectiveness: Firstly the 3 daily tablets are well tolerated, I didn't have any digestive issues as reported on some other reviews. As regards anxiety I started to feel beneficial effects after nearly four weeks, and that has continued to improve over the following weeks. To clarify, they haven't got rid of the causes of the anxiety, but my attitude to the anxiety has calmed to a more 'acceptable' level. Sleep has also improved, but this took even longer to kick in, after about six weeks. I still wake up in the night, but it is around 5 or 6am whereas before it used to be 3 or 4am, therefore I now have longer periods of unbroken sleep.
