Or does it matter ?** A: Both hoses on my catch can were the same length. One you route the hoses and get everything secured it fits good. I wish there was a better design as the mounting bracket sticks up so high it looks like it would punch through the hood and it looks out of place. It works well and that's what matters. **Q: does anyone dump the oil back into the "fill"? It is oil from the engine after all.** A: I agree. Dump it out on the ground. You don't want that nasty stuff in your engine.
