I bought a six watch case first as I really just wanted to protect my best watches. Sadly none of the watches I bought it for fit with glass top either resting on the watch face or preventing the from closing. I made modifactions keep the height below the glass, but it looked awful.I found this case while shopping for a new case. The reviews, look, size and price all panned out and I ordered. First the packaging was awesome fitting snug in the shipping box , the product tehn had another sturdy box, it was lined with form fitting foam around the entire case which had protective coverings all around and extra on the clear lid plate.Gorgeous finish, heavy solid feel, and sturdy quality build. Holds every watch with zero effort and displays them beautifully. The drawer is plenty roomy holding a bunch stuff needing a home. I love it and definately recommend it.Made up for the dissapointment of the first case I bought.

This is a top notch watch exhibit with plenty of space, room for larger watches, and a bottom compartment for other valuables. It's well-constructed and luxurious, yet compact. I cannot imagine getting a second one—this is the one!

Overall craftmanship - Five-Stars* The cushions are very well made. Though not real leather, but seller does NOT claim it is real leather.* There is no mention of the "glass". I does not feel like glass when I tapped it with a solid object.* The "glass" display is very clear, the pictures do not make it justice.* The packaging is absolutely worth mentioning. It make a GREAT gift for a loved one.Observations:* My only concern with this case, is that the entire bottom portion is covered in a "velvety" material.* That make is slippery.* While closing the bottom drawer, the entire case is pushed back, since the drawer is quite tight.* I supposed that adding those anti-slip stickers/buttons on each corner will solve this issue.But overall, this is a great watch case but the budget minding ones, like myself =)

This looks beautiful. I love it. I wish the bottom draw was on rails. It is not so it sort of wiggles to come out and is not overly smooth. The hinges seem ok. I take great care opening and closing them though because i don't want to stress the hinges. The black leather (ish) pads look great against the wood. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

This watch box is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!! Looks and feels like a quality watch box. And I should know..... this is the 5th - yes I said 5th watch box I purchased from Amazon. I returned two. Other brands - The first came with a cracked glass, the 2nd came with a broken latch and the corner coating peeling off, the third I liked but it quickly became too small, the 4th just wasn't the quality I liked (cheap pillows that compressed when you put your watch around them) and build quality was just lacking, and then the 5th watch box was this one. Soooo happy I found this lovely, high quality, watch box.
