Review: Best purchase ever! So sturdy! - I can’t rant and rave about this any more! This tent was everything I needed and more! It’s sturdy, pretty, the tarp is thick and durable, the poles are solid, the straps aren’t going to pull off, it’s so nice with sides on and sides off. Everything is just great. And it takes a little time, but the install/setup was easy peasy! AND we went through a heck of a storm the night before my wedding and it is 1000% waterproof! No worries at all!

I can’t rant and rave about this any more! This tent was everything I needed and more! ### ⭐ Not impressed with their customer service at all

I ordered one of the 32x20 shelters, the product its self Is great. I had a storm sneak up on us while the unit was up and some poles got damaged. I called customer service and was told they could not/would not sell parts, they only sell the whole unit. I asked for clarification to make sure that I understood correctly. I asked him if basically I needed to buy an entire new $700 plus unit in order to get the 6 poles I need and was told "yes, that is correct". Again, it's a great product unless you need some parts for it.... comments added on 10-22-24: I was contacted by customer service rep after posting this review, I will say that they bent over backwards to get me all the parts that I needed. Shipment of parts was fast and I can now use the tent again. I am so happy they reached out to me after the initial phone call. this product has been great!
