First off, this wig is gorgeous on me. Although, I did notice a difference in the texture depending on the color purchased..the first color I bought it in was a 1B...the darker the color the more "teased" it looked (which I prefer). I bought this in a #4 as well, and the curls were a lot more defined. Regardless, I get so many compliments on this wig. Definitely not the style I was hoping for, as my own hair is soft and wavy this is not the look I was going for. I was looking for a short sporty do,a change from my thick, time-consuming shoulder length hair. In all fairness, the photo does reflect tight curls and texture and feel is not evident in a wig photo. Maybe some conditioner or wig safe gel will result in a looser curl.
