I was never able to get the tucks in. I was afraid to push real hard on them because they do have the rectangular shape and the edges are somewhat rounded. But I have a leather couch and I was not about to chance it. This is a solution that works. We have somewhat oversized slip covers on a sectional with attached seat cushions. We can set these stays deep in the crevices and they don’t budge — it’s been over a week with wriggly jumpy kiddos and the stays have stayed in place.
