This is quality through and through. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lack of reinforced brackets. *by D***S on June 11, 2021* This unit works great! I lowered the pressure on my washer down to 2000psi and still had decent productivity. My issue is there is nothing reinforcing the connection at the handle to deck. Even WORSE the terrible design for the caster bracket. Really? Just bent a peice of flatstock stainless and called it good! Wheels were bent from shipping! I am keeping this unit and spending another hundred or more to "upgrade" to a usable system. I also replaced the "key ring" used as the pin for the remaining rods which hold the handle together and to the deck. The idea to quickly detach the handle appears to have been the idea, nothing quick about undoing a Keyring that doesn't fit! Good until, a few minor quality control items nothing to stop from buying another one. Easy to assemble and use. Basically plug and play. Be sure to follow the recommendations in the owners manual! Fair value for the money.
