They serve that purpose in spades. Dont buy these hoping for great flavor though. I read reviews from some people who were genuinely hoping these would be a good combination of snack and energy boost, and thus were hoping these would taste like candy. If this is why you're buying these, you're going to dislike them. The taste is not awful, but its definitely not good either. If you're buying these for a decent, easy shot of energy, they are perfect. It is very easy throughout my day to grab a few gummies(10 mg caffeine per gummy) and eat them for a quick energy pick up whenever my energy gets low. Even in the morning, if you're ever so tired you're not sure how you can physically get out of bed, having these ready by your bed can help you quickly bridge that gap so that you can at least find the willpower to drag yourself up and at em'. I also like that they dont have an ingredient list a mile long, and are NOT made with awful fake sugars like Aspartame or Sucralose. So many energy products today are sugar free, and they market it like thats a good thing when the stuff they use to sweeten the product is way worse for you.
