Basically indistinguishable from normal biscuits, though that is more typical re shortbread-style biscuits. There is also a good quantity in the packet. Cannot recommend these enough.Re Chocohip - The taste is excellent but, like many gluten-free biscuits, these suffer from being very very crumbly.
