They are working perfectly to help keep my counter top dry (sink) and keep my hot pans off the counters. I have not set a hot pan directly on the silicone, but have used them as pot holders to move a pan from the stove top and it worked well. They are thin, and I do cook a lot with Cast Iron, so not sure they would hold up under that kind of heat. They are easy to clean but I have not had to put them in the dishwasher because they rinse off so well in the sink. Overall, these look nice and work well for what I wanted the for.
