Delivery service was excellent. Assembly was relatively easy for my wife and myself (although assembly instructions are pictures only-- could use some narrative included with pictures), but we got it together in a few hours. Only tool needed was a Phillips screwdriver. Walls all snapped together. Workmanship and structural quality is excellent. We found no problems with the shipment. We've used it several times and found it performed as advertised. We are very happy with this purchase and look forward to years of healthy relaxation in the sauna. I prewarm the unit for 30 minutes prior to entering, in seminar units I have been in the floor would heat to the point I would have to put down a towel . ### ⭐ where is it made? good photoshop on photos, lower than most in all aspects *by B***. on May 2, 2020* I have seen some reviews about the wood quality used for some of their models ( made from plywood scraps) and amount of dust that comes with the products and the time they take to heat up.Besides I don't think we want to send any additional $ to these guys undercutting the price of other real low EMF and not a lie of low EMF these guys try to push. Why is it that they always get the specs for the competitors then claim the same or better performance, but don't deliver? Because they just don't have the technology as good as the competitors. With the Bluetooth and other wireless features this is bound to be a high RF cabinet. Something to stay away if you want to have a real health oasis for a clean and deep detox in all aspects.Most valid and serious concerns are low quality finishes and panel fitting, cheap thin glass door. and more critically the thing does not heat up much unless your room is at 80F.
