Before spreading your mycelium, prepare your sweet water mixture: Bottled mineral water is perfect, it has less chlorine and has the advantage of being packaged in a sanitized environment. Empty about 10% of the water contained in the water bottle to be able to add syrup (apple or lemon syrup based on glucose and especially without preservatives, about 10% of the volume of water).
