**Q: is it suitable for pottery?**
A: I haven't tried it myself but I believe you can use fine wet/dry sandpaper on pottery, keeping the pottery wet, but you may remove the glaze. However you cannot use it on pottery that has not been fired (greenware).

**Q: Intending to use these on white color, doesn’t it leave behind black strokes?**
A: I don't advise you, to use on light colors
