It has broken in nicely, and feels comfortable on my wrist, even at the end of a 12-16 hour shift at work. While, yes, I have a leather strap that feels softer, this bad boy has durability in spades, and will probably outlast a few more watches. I don't wear my leather band at work, as I don't want the frequent water from handwashing or alcohol based scrubs (hospital work) to damage the leather. This band is perfect for my needs. Solid build and fits a wide array of arm sizes. The only downside is the way the eye holes are set up to hold the slack.
