- The Riviera Blanc Series 200 mm bread knife has a wavy edge and an ideal tooth design for precise cutting of bread crust. It is perfect for cutting pieces of cake or bread. This knife was made to be harder, last longer, and cut more powerfully. It has an elegant design that combines the subtlety of rounded lines, along with the comfort and simplicity of its handling.
