Review: Great knife for the money! - I needed a fillet knife for the kitchen as I cook fish often and some still has the skin on it, but I didn't anything fancy with sharpeners in the sheath or salt-water resistance, etc. I wanted it to be a decent length, dishwasher safe, hold an edge and not rust or stain. This knife does all of that exceedingly well! It came extremely sharp and after many uses I still haven't had to sharpen it yet. The sheath is simple and snug fitting. No signs of rust or staining after several times in the dishwasher. Great value!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sharp but Bendy

I don't have any filleting experience but when I tried using this knife it bent a lot, which might be how filleting is. But it sure didn't help me out the way I thought it would. Whenever I watch videos of people filleting it looks like the knives don't bend or catch at all. But considering how low this knife costs, it's probably still worth it.
