WRONG! I took it first thing in the morning when I woke up, but this product has done nothing to suppress my appetite. In fact, I am just as hungry as I normally am, if not more so. I did not received even any sort of boost out of this product that I have gotten previously from other fat burners.I really am disappointed that the product did not work for me. Maybe it will work for someone else, but it just doesn't suppress my appetite enough for me to notice any difference at all. The only good thing I can say is that even though the product didn't work for me, it also didn't give me any bad side effects either. I have had pills make me nauseous and miserable before. This one really did not change a single thing about my daily routine.I am going to be searching for another fat burner. Maybe one that not only includes the forskolin, which research has been shown AIDS weight loss, but also other fat burners such as green tea.
