This product has good quality construction. The issue deserving of 1 star is that it broke maybe 2 months, (so not perfect construction). Despite 3 emails to customer service (there is no phone number to contact them) I have yet to hear from them. I actually want to rate them/the product well but I feel they are not living up to their reputation. I paid the premium price for this product thinking "if it breaks I can use there superposed stellar customer service..." It did break and their customer service has been non-existent. I will happily remove this post if I hear from them. I do NOT recommend them for that reason

So far so good. I bought this because the plastic ones keep breaking. This is really heavy duty quality, and I expect it to last. It should save money because I won't have to buy one every year, I hope. The warranty sounds good, and Working great so far.

We have used the unit for a couple of weeks now and are very well satisfied. It appears to be of good quality and I think it will last for years, time will tell. Sprayers we have purchased in the past from others manufacturers have only lasted one season, if that.

This nozzle might be a couple dollars more expensive than what I've previously bought from the local home center, but it is actually a better value. Far higher quality. I've ordered 2 so far.

Just used it for the first time, weather has been colder than normal for last week here in Virginia. Seems sturdy and solidly built with metal, not cheap plastic like most you get from Home Depot etc. Ergonomic handle, feels comfortable in hand, many spray patter options, and nice feature of a little clip that holds handle down so you can water without having to squeeze handle constantly.. The true test is whether it will last through an entire year of gardening use, as most spray nozzles have a short life span. I wish more vendors would ask your opinion about a product after you've had a chance to use it for 6 months rather than when you just get it out of the box.

Bought one in April 2016, and another in July 2016. Terrific, sturdy, versatile. Will update review when I've had a year or more using it.

I like it. It performs well. Only 4 stars because I cannot give a product like this 5 stars until I see if it still performs well without leaking after a year or two.

Works real well. Appears to be high quality. Hopefully it will last much longer than some of the 'big box' sprayers I have purchased.
