Very happy with these earphones!
On first impressions, the packaging was great... They were very easy to connect to my phone and the sound quality was fantastic. I also found that there was good noise cancellation of environmental sounds. They are very easy to use - adjust volume, change soundtrack and answer calls. They have soft ear tips, and generally the earphones are light weight which meant that once I switched them off I would forget that I have them in my ears. Any the biggest thing for me was that they stayed in my ears!!!The battery life is great, I've used them a few times for long distance running and the battery is still at 80%...you can see the percentage as soon as you put the earphones back in their box which is an added bonus.Overall these ear phones are of great quality and I would highly recommend them - with nothing negative to say!

Highly recommend!
Fantastic earbuds!! Love the sleek small design- Good for on the go or travel. The case has a digital display so you can see how much battery is left. The battery life is long & needs a charge only every 4-5 days and both my husband & I use it for over two hours each day. The volume & quality of sound is excellent crisp & clear with nice bass. It fits great in our ears while working out in the gym or walks. I’m already looking to buy another pair! You can’t go wrong with the price point.

Worked well for 2 months, item malfunctions and defective, supplier does not respond to warranty
Item worked well for 2 months, afterwards 1 earbud stopped working, it wont even charge and becomes very very hot when left in charger, perhaps it is a problem with the battery or connection inside, disconnects from bluetooth regularly, i have contacted senso a few times for warranty, but after an initial email requesting order details, they have stopped responding for weeks, having sent few reminders as well, Don't assume warranty if product breaks.

Very comfortable earphones, great value
Pros:Light weight and very comfortable fit. I've had them on for hours with no discomfort, and wouldn't even realise they were there, if it wasn't blocking out some of the outside sound.Good looking, stylish, with nice portable charging base. The sounds is great for this priced headphones.Connectivity is very easy and robust though a wall and little distanceCons:The base produced is not as good as higher priced headphonesThe mic for calls is poor. It seems to work better if you are stationary and in a quite area, but otherwise, the other side can't hear you well. Though you can hear them perfectlyAlso, I think the pods should automatically disconnect from the phone blue tooth when it the charging base, and reconnect when taken out. Right now they stay connected unless turned off.

I guess it's okay for the price...
It offered SBC codec only in my Mi 9T Pro cp while my Mi sports Bluetooth offers Aptx codec. The Bluetooth range is good & the volume is very nice. Sound quality is okay for the price. The one step pairing is also good. Once paired, it'll automatically connect both removed buds from the case to your paired device...

Unparalleled in quality, comfort, and clarity.
After trialing these ear buds for a couple of days, I can safely say that the sound quality, comfort, and clarity of these ear buds are unparalleled. Upon purchase, I couldn't help but marvel at the immaculate packaging and attention to detail; they provided 2 charging leads instead of 1, something I appreciated as I can charge the ear buds at home as well as when I'm on the go. I've always had a problem with the feel and fit of wireless ear buds in my ear, but these ones molded to my ears perfectly, so much so that I would forget they were in my ears!I will be purchasing several more for my daughters. Would recommend 100%!

Excellent Headphones
Excellent comfort. Sound quality is outstanding. The only draw back is that they cannot be used as a primary device for calls since the mic is not that good and listener on the other side will complain. But if that's not the intended purpose, there is nothing to complain about. Also the charging case had extremely nice finish and has a transformer type feel with it's red eye blinking while charging.

Second pair, same issue.
This is my second pair of these same headphones. The sound is amazing... the connectivity is great. The same issue has happened with both pairs... after a month or so one of the earbuds no long get charges correctly. One day it will work the next day it won’t. I thought it was just a faulty pair but for it to happen to two different pairs is upsetting!

Superb all around value!
Bought these as an upgrade from the Senso ActiveBuds S-250 I have owned trouble-free for three years...just wanted ear buds that weren't tethered to each other, for use mainly in the gym and while running. Couldn't be more satisfied! Bought a pair of PowerBeats Pro at the same time for comparison. I like a fair amount of base in my wide range of musical taste, but found the PowerBeats Pro - although richly smooth - to be a bit base heavy. I wasn't able to enjoy vocals or midranges as much as with the SENSO Wings. I actually wanted to favor the PowerBeats Pro because I like that they come in various colors and I prefer the rocker-type control for volume up/down. However, on the basis of sound alone, the SENSO Wings gave such a balanced audio delivery (IMHO) it was necessary to attribute them first place and the PowerBeats Pro as runner-up. Factor in the cost, and it becomes a no-brainer. I wish they had stayed with the same volume control functions as with the S-250's. It's a bit awkward to have to push the side button three times in rapid succession to increase/decrease the volume, but it's easily doable. I've found it simpler sometimes to just use my phone buttons for this. Case is solid and well-designed; charges easily and re-charges the ear pieces as soon as they're nestled into their respective slots. It's really helpful to see a numeric on the inside of the case for the percentage of charge on each earpiece. Haven't actually timed the charge on the case, but it's done three re-charges this week after three 1.5 hr sessions in the gym and still has juice to spare. Quickly & automatically connects to your music after initial pairing. No dropped signals experienced, and I've gone more than 30ft. It would be nice if the earpieces had a flexible internal wire in the stem of the ear hook, the way the PowerBeats Pro do (for precise directionality), but they nonetheless conform easily to the user's ear because the hook is very flexible. They stay put while running, and I can crank up the volume while in the gym. (Although, you need to use volume judiciously to avoid hearing loss!) Sad to say, the PowerBeats Pro went back. In the next version of Wings, I hope they go back to a rocker-style volume control, and come out with additional colors. For now, I'm a happy camper! (Didn't test for phonecall reception...when I'm in the gym, I don't allow text or call interruptions.) Nice job SENSO!! (P.S. - Earbuds used in conjunction with iPhone 5s & 12.)

Amazing Overall Quality/Great Value
I had previously had a different model of Senso headphones before that I was really pleased with so when Senso released the Wings model I wanted to give them try especially since they were wireless.First they are really comfortable, fit well, and stay put. The sound quality is quite good and the noise cancellation is real nice. It is easy adjusting the volume, skipping songs, etc and doesn't hurt your ears when you press in on the buttons while wearing. The battery life is superb and last a long time. The case where they charge in is really convenient. After having these for a couple of months the charging case did quit functioning correctly. It may have been of my own fault or just for whatever reason malfunctioned. This was of little consequence as I emailed Senso, provided them my Amazon order number and after a bit of trouble shooting they sent me a new charging case at no cost which arrived in a few days. Support was excellent and responsive and friendly the entire duration.I would highly recommend this product due to the high sound quality, battery life, and comfort. And you can rest at ease knowing the off chance something does happen Senso is more than happy to assist and freely replace if needed. Be sure to fill out your warranty card included in the box when you receive your product.

Great earbuds... for a few months. Terrible customer service
Earbuds sounded great. Quality bass & highs alike.Pairing them was a little trickyBattery life was good.Bluetooth connection was never and issue.Physical button controls worked great.Ok.Here's where the frustration begins.About 5 months of owning them, there was a 2 week span where I didn't use them. They remained stagnant in the charging case.I take them out to use them, and the right earbud is dead. No charge. No led lit. Put them back in the charging cradle, and only he left earbud shows a battery %.I follow troubleshooting tips in manual - no luckI email customer service about my issue - I get the cookie cutter "have you tried A,B,C, & D?"Replied with unsuccessful attempts.I have not heard anything in 2 weeks, despite another sending another reply to continue the conversation. So here I am with a $40 left earbud.Stay away!

Lots of positives, but two drawbacks
These are good earbuds. The range is amazing and the fit and comfort is excellent. The charging case looks nice and the earbuds are magnetically drawn to connect perfectly in the case charger. I have no problem with the audio or noise cancelling. However there are two issues with these earbuds. The first issue is the clear film they put over the charging pins on the ear buds. There is no mention of this film in the documentation and no instruction to remove it. If you don't remove it, the ear buds will not charge and you will appear to have very short battery life on your ear buds. Peel off the film on the earbuds. When you charge these earbuds in the case, each earbud has a separate battery life indicator on either side of the charging percentage number. If you don't see the battery indicators, your earbuds are not connected properly in the charger. The second issue is the insanely loud UI voice. Like another reviewer noted, the UI voice is so loud it's painful. Even if you can tolerate loud noises, the voice is shocking when it interrupts your audio. I will do whatever it takes to ensure I don't get close to 20% battery charge, so I don't have to be shocked by that loud UI voice.

Good product but with flaws
This product is good. The only reason I'm rating it three stars is because there seems to be issues with the charging. Whenever I put the earbuds on the charging port it's really difficult for it to register, I have to wiggle it around for it to work and even then it will stop charging unless it's in a certain spot. For the price I feel I should be able to just put it on the charging port and leave it alone and it should do the job. This is not the case with these buds. The earbuds are great for running or working out not so much for phone calls. The case is nice The only downside is the charging port is not USB Type-C.These earbuds are very comfortable on the ears and the volume and sound clarity is good.
