It arrived this way and I have tried several times to bend and gently reshape it back but it will not stay. Also, there is a black marking on his left eye.It sits lopsided as well. I took a photo of it on our wood floors so it shows how the doll sits on an even surface.This is frustrating, with a price tag of $100 it really should not have these defects.And I'm unsure of how to use the water squirter.
