Some of the wires will hide nicely inside the mount's cable runs but to get the best aesthetic I suggest either cable ties/covers or running the rest of the cables under the desk. Solid steel construction. Review: Great! - Holds up Samsung CF350 monitor just fine at max height. Slowly dips to bottom when height is set to 3/4th of max height. Flexible enough.
