I've only been using my Truefit for a day, but so far so good. It's too bad these supplements have to be packaged in those heavy hard plastic containers.

Tasty, not super filling
It makes any smoothie taste really good! It has a nice cinnamon flavour. However, it is not as filling as some other protein powders I have tried.
