The only way to reverse it would be mount to upside down, if you did that the mounting screw would be on top where it would be seen **Q: Does it rattle much when unrolling paper? This is absolutely the best toilet paper holder I’ve ever had. **Q: Is this Made in china?** A: Hello, this product is made in Mexico. **Q: The mounting instructions show the screws need to align horizontally. Can it be installed with screws lining up vertically?** A: I believe that they need to be horizontal due to the configuration of the internal piece that is mounted to the wall.
