I was using Erin Condren Vertical Planners since those are "the best." But it just wasn't working for me. I didn't have enough room to plan everything I wanted (daily tasks, meal planning, exercise, budget, etc.) And to try to make it all fit I was spending hours prepping my planner every Sunday before the week started. Plus EC is SO expensive just because it's a "name" brand. I have always seen Happy Planners and been interested so I finally decided to take the plunge.I bought a base 18 month Happy Planner, this fitness insert, and a budget insert. So far I could not be happier! it's so nice to have something so completely customizable! When I added both inserts my planner was way too thick. So I simply took out some of the future months since I don't need them right now. So now I have 6 months of basic planner which I use for daily tasks, reminders, chores, and appointments/errands. Behind that I have 6 months of budget planning and then 4 months of fitness/meal planning. I have enough room for everything instead of trying to cram it all into the same place. Also, a lot of my stickers that were made specifically for EC Verticals still fit in the Happy Planner so that's a happy side effect as well.As for the fitness insert itself: it comes with 4 blank months, dividers, and 2 sheets of stickers. The stickers are mainly to fill in the dates on the blank months but if you want fitness motivation stickers, me & my BIG ideas also sells those separately. For each of the 4 months, there is a an overall month view, as well as 5 week pages (for long months.) The weekly views are excellent because there is so much room! The top 3 quarters of the page is for meal planning. There is a section for Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner every day. Below that there is a small space to right your total calories. Finally, the bottom part of the page is for exercise and there is plenty of room to write multiple things per day. On the side there is also a place for weekly goals and notes.Long story short, The Happy Planner and it's inserts are absolutely amazing and exactly what I've been searching for.
