I wore them to a pole class recently and was truly impressed with the level of stability with the grip— I could hold myself up longer and transition through multiple poses more comfortably than previously (when I relied solely on dry hands). For reference — the circumference of the widest part of my palm is 7.5”. Highly recommend!

**Q: I want to use these for deadlifting instead of pole dancing.  I am a big 300lb guy who wants a better grip on the bar when lifting 500+ lbs, any good?**
A: I am 5'4" / 140 and I'm deadlifting again - would these be good for barbell work?

A: i would go for small a little room is better i found because they will tear apart ... i found pole grip works better but again its dosnt discriminate on what it grips lol

**Q: I have really sweaty palms, are these gloves a big help with my issue**
A: I would suggest using talc or babypowder on your palms prior to using these. They won't fix your sweaty palms, but they'll make an unbreathable barrier so it doesnt affect your grip.

**Q: Are these heat and fire resistant?**
A: THEY'RE lightly coated in tack, they may be heat resistant but fire would destroy them.

I have very large hands so unfortunately these were just a tiny bit small. The part around my wrist didn't quite reach my risk so it rests slightly against my palm. Besides that they work great! I'm a larger girl and I don't have much upper arm strength so these have really helped me work on my strength. Rather than worrying about sliding off the pole I am able to concentrate of form which is great! I would purchase these again and recommend them to anyone that needs that extra boost. They'll also save you money on Dew Point or Dry Hands as you won't have to purchase as much/as often.
