Review: This worked great on my 1991 Toyota Celsior - This worked great on my 1991 Toyota Celsior. The factory radio picked up 76.0 - 90.0, and this adapter basically reduces all the US stations by 20 MHz. For example, 76.1 picks up 96.1, and 85.9 picks up 105.9. May differ from car to car, but this was my personal experience. Install was very simple as well.

A: FM CONVERTERINSTALLATION MENU.*                First safely remove your car cassette player from your car dashboard.*                Now remove tuner antenna cable from antenna jack holder.*                Now connect the male jack of the converter with your car tuner female holder.*                And connect the antenna jack with the female holder of our converter.*                Connect the pvc wire (red or blue) of the converter to the 12v dc current line of your vehicle.*                Finally, Set your car cassette player back in the car dashboard.*                Now you can listen to all FM channels successfully from your Japanese car cassette player.
