Honestly, I was disappointed in it as the jerky was extremely dry like it had been sitting on shelf for a very long time. But then I went straight to the manufacturer and purchased it. And it was very flavorful and had that needed jerky texture. Overall, I would say on a scale of 1-10 I would give it an 8 because I love the hint of hear that it had. Jerky is a hit or miss.
